Presidents of Bandidos MC Arrested on Federal Drug Charges

Leaders of the Bandidos biker gang were arrested Wednesday on charges of racketeering and waging a deadly “war” on the rival Cossacks gang, federal authorities said.

U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Antonio accuses three Bandidos leaders of a three-year war with rival gangs for the distribution of meth.

In 2013 the Bandido extorted cash from their own members, conspired to sell methamphetamine and engaged in a chaotic, often violent conflict with the Cossacks at the Waco Twin Peaks which lead to over 100 arrest.

They are charged under the federal RICO and VICAR organized crime statutes, which means, if they’re convicted, they could spend the rest of their lives in prison.
